We strive to display our products, specifically T-shirt colors and textures, as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, TODLER is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or incorrect address entry by the customer. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. User Conduct & Fraud Prevention

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of our designs or products. We reserve the right to terminate service to any customer who:

  • Engages in fraudulent return patterns.

  • Provides false information during checkout.

  • Attempts to bypass our "Unboxing Video" requirement for damage claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

TODLER shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Our clothing is intended for standard wear; we are not responsible for damages resulting from improper washing or handling.
