Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags fully intact.

2. Fraud Protection: Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect against claims of "missing items" or "damaged goods," we require a continuous unboxing video (from opening the courier seal to inspecting the product).

  • Without a clear, unedited video, claims for damages or missing items will be rejected.

3. Security Tag Policy

Items are shipped with a Security Tag. If this tag is removed, broken, or tampered with, the item is non-returnable. This ensures the garment has not been used or "wardrobed" before return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on Clearance or Flash Sale.

  • Items showing signs of wear, odors (perfume/detergent), or stains.

  • Innerwear and gift cards.

5. Process & Refunds

  1. Request: Email  with your Order ID and unboxing video.

  2. QC Check: Once received, our team performs a manual quality check.

  3. Refund: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Note: Original shipping fees and a nominal ₹[Amount] restocking fee are non-refundable.
