Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Note: During high-demand periods (sales or launches), processing may take an additional 2 days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days.

  • Local Delivery (West Bengal): 2–3 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons or weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video

To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we require all customers to record a continuous unboxing video starting from the moment the courier seal is broken.

  • This video is mandatory for any claims regarding missing items or physical damage during transit.

  • If the outer packaging appears heavily tampered with or torn, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

5. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

TODLER is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable," a re-shipping fee will apply to send the package out a second time.

6. Damages

TODLER is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged and have a valid unboxing video, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with us at [Your Email].

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
